Compensators and insulated couplings for steam, condensate and district heating

For a large project in Zealand, Cobalch has supplied compensators and insulated couplings ranging from DN 150 to DN 350 for a major installation of steam, condensate and district heating pipelines, with a temperature range of 0°C to 210°C. Pressure rating ranges from PN16 to PN25.

Design of compensators:
Material – 1.4541, welded ends/flanges length 1200 to 2450 mm, certificate EN 10204 3.1, material certificate and certificate of conformity.

Design of insulated couplings:
Material – 1.4404/L360NB, with welded ends, internal coating in VETKO TK236, insulated couplings are maintenance-free, can be painted in the desired RAL code, all insulated couplings could be supplied with certificate EN 10204 3.1, PED and CE.
